Shipping Policy

To ensure that your packages is properly delivered and you receive shipment, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use the correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, I will contact you to try and resolve any issue's. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

If your realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact me ASAP. I will do my best to fulfill your request and change the address. If I'm unable to, I will cancel your order and refund you. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Bossed Up Fashion, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us this amount will be deducted from your total. In this circumstance you will only be issued a store credit. 

All items will be processed within 1-3 business days I will provide you with a tracking number.

Some items are shipped from our warehouse shipping may take longer than normal but I will communicate everything to you if there are any delays.

Hand-made body care products items are processed within 2-5 business days, to ensure that your are getting a fresh product this includes Body Butters, Hair Butters, and Body Scrubs. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Bossed Up Fashion DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
