Thank you for shopping with Bossed Up Fashion. We are committed to making sure your order is processed efficiently and delivered promptly. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.


🧾 Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure your package is delivered without issues:

  • Please enter your full shipping address correctly at checkout

  • Include apartment/unit numbers if applicable

  • Use correct abbreviations and spacing

If your address cannot be verified, we will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response after multiple attempts, your order will be canceled and refunded.


✏️ Address Changes

If you realize an address was entered incorrectly, contact us immediately at:

We will do our best to correct the address before shipping. If the order has already been processed, we may cancel and refund the order so you can reorder with the correct information.


🕒 Processing Times

  • In-stock fashion and accessory items: 1–3 business days

  • Handmade crochet items: 1–3 weeks (varies per item and shown on product pages)

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


📦 Shipping & Delivery

Bossed Up Fashion is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Weather-related delays

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)


📬 Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building security, or others in your household

  2. Wait 24–48 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before arrival

  3. Contact your local USPS or shipping carrier directly

Bossed Up Fashion is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered.” You must file a claim with the carrier.


🚫 Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address

  • Delivery refusal

  • Failed delivery attempts

You will be responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping fees

These fees will be deducted from your total. You will receive a store credit for the remaining amount.


🚫 Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including any fees associated with returned, refused, or undeliverable packages.


Final Agreement

By placing an order with Bossed Up Fashion, you agree to the terms outlined in this shipping policy. We’re dedicated to offering a smooth and professional shopping experience and will work with you to resolve any issues.
